Student Health Survey

All Henry County Schools students in grades 3-12 are invited to participate in the GaDOE Student Health Survey from November-January. Students may choose to take the survey in English or Spanish. A message was previously shared through the HCS messenger system with information on opting out of participation in the survey. If you did not submit a Passive Parent Permission Form to your school by November 6, please contact your school’s administration for more information or visit the state’s website.
