Welcome to Music Tech! Here is where you'll find all the contract documents required for this course.
This class will introduce associates to the intersection of music and technology, as well as help them develop their musical and technical skills. Associates will learn how to use digital audio workstations (DAWs) to edit audio, read notation, and mix and master audio. They can also explore different musical styles and music technology resources. Music technology class is beneficial for students of all levels, including those who have no musical experience, those who play an instrument in school, or those who take private lessons. This class can also help associates expand their musical tastes and exposure.
When joining this music technology class, each associate will need to have signed and documented a contract for which device(s) they will use. Some common devices will include a MIDI keyboard, headphones, and a Mac desktop computer. Ideally, associates will have access to a device for hands-on activities during class.
