SRO John Petty

My name is Officer J. Petty, I grew up in Cobb County Ga and moved to Henry County my 8th grade year. I finished school and joined the Army at 17 where I enlisted as an Infantry Soldier during Operation Enduring Freedom. I completed my enlistment after 6 years and became a Police Officer, I’ve been an Officer for 8 years now.

I have Investigator, Medical, S.W.A.T., and Sniper training. I am currently assigned to the SRO unit and work in the Excel school cluster.
