Greetings from your Student Board of Directors!
We are a board comprised of students who are dually enrolled at the Academy for Advanced Studies and one of ten high schools in Henry County. Our sole purpose is to be a liaison between you, the students and AASs administrative team. We listen to student concerns and ideas in order to come up with resolutions. With AAS servicing students from every high school in Henry County School System, communication can be challenging; therefore, we strategically put systems in place to have open communication among pathways, organizations, grade levels, and cultures. We represent student interests in order to assist in creating a safe and welcoming environment.
