• Students' Expectations 

    Students will greet “Good Morning Chef”, “Good Afternoon Chef”, “Bye Chef” when entering and exiting the classroom.

    Students are required to wear Clean Culinary Uniforms for class every day.

    Students will swiftly come into the classroom, take a seat, open laptops, and put away cell phones.

    Students will wait until the Chef dismisses the class before exiting the classroom.

    In the Kitchen Lab, no student leaves until the kitchen is clean and back in order.

    Students must complete required assignments to participate in a kitchen lab activity. Students not eligible for kitchen labs are required to complete the alternative assignment and a 10 point deduction.

    Guardian Expectations

    Students are expected to practice skills learned in class at home. Check the skills tab to see what is required for skills testing.

    Students must know the price of food during this course. Students should go to the grocery store to purchase groceries.

    Encourage students to complete assignments on time to gain the maximum points. 

    Students are required to wear Clean Culinary Uniform to class every day. 

    Students are required to attend 1 catering per semester for a grade. Dates of events will be given to students when they are scheduled.
