My name is Stephen Sanders and I am so very excited for a wonderful school year! Let me tell you a little about myself.  I am Georgia-born and raised and have never lived further than an hour from my childhood home.  I attended North Georgia Tech right out of high school and earned my Electrical and Welding Diploma and Certification.  After obtaining these, I transferred to the Clayton County Police Department. I attended further training in POST, becoming a Firearms Instructor, Training Officer, IT Instructor, SWAT member for 10 years, and Scuba IRDS Rescue Diver.  Prior to joining the Henry County team, I worked at P.S. Customs Brokerage Clearing shipments for U.S. Customs.  In my spare time, I love to work with metal and repairing and building things. I also enjoy watching sports, playing sports, and attending sporting events; particularly football.
