Ms. Estelle Snoddy
Hello everyone! My name is Estelle Snoddy and I am the Instruction and Personalized Learning Lead here at Woodland High School. I started my career in education in 2015 as a high school math teacher in Gwinnett County after receiving my B.S. in Secondary Mathematics Education from Kennesaw State University. In 2016, I transitioned to Fulton County and continued to teach high school math and serve as a department chair until 2022. During this time, I earned both my M.A. Ed. in Secondary Mathematics Education from Western Governors University and my Ed.S. in Instructional Technology from Kennesaw State University.
On the more personal side, I am bilingual and have dual citizenship with both the U.S. and Panama. My mother is Panamanian and I was born, and spent, the first 9 years of my life in Panama. I've spent about half of my life living outside of the U.S. (my family was stationed in Germany for about 10 years), so I love to travel and experience new cultures. My favorite color is green, I love to relax with a good word puzzle or book, and I have a younger sister who is part of the class of 2024 at Emory University.
Feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have! I look forward to working with and supporting you all!
