All athletes on the 2023-2024 track team are required to pay a $200 player participation fee. The player participation fee helps cover expenses associated with:  

• Meet entry fees

• Transportation

• Uniform rental/cost

• Equipment purchases  

The fee can be paid in full anytime before January 15th or can be split into two parts.Fifty percent of the player participation fee is due Monday,January 15^th. The remaining balance will be due four weeks later on Monday, February 12th^h. If there are any questions or concerns about paying fees, please contact Coach Thompson ASAP to discuss available payment plans.

Due to school policy we can no longer accept checks, please use cash money order,myschoolbucks,or cashapp ($WHSTrackandField)

·       There is also a $40 Athletic Fee (100% of the Athletic Fee is paid to the Athletic Department, and is NOT REQUIRED if the student participated in another sport this school year.) If your child did not participate in another sport this year, the following payment schedule will apply. This amount covers the $40 Athletic Fee and the $200 player participation fee.

Playing Time

Payment of either the Player Participation fee or the Athletic Participation fee does not guarantee “playing time” or race preference. The coaching staff will determine who makes the team and what events he or she will compete in.
