    Primary Prevention Level
This level should include about 80% of total students. These interventions are for all students, staff, and settings. This includes verbal praise, and specific classroom prizes and rewards.

    Secondary Prevention Level
This level should include about 10-15% of total students. These students have been identified as "at risk" and need more intervention, such as the mentor system established through the Response to Intervention.

    Tertiary Prevention Level
This level should include 5% of total students or less. These interventions are for high-risk students and are specialized and individualized. They are more intense than the secondary prevention level interventions.
