    Overview
The National Art Honor Society is designed specifically for high school students for the purpose of inspiring and recognizing those students who have shown outstanding ability and scholarship in art. The NAHS strives to aid members in working toward the attainment of the highest standards in art areas, and to bring art education to the attention of the school and community. The NAHS is a Nationally recognized Honor Society through the National Art Education Association. The students who are selected are involved in a variety of art activities to make others aware of the Arts in their community and culture.  Students are involved in creating art as well as learning about artists and other art forms. Students will participate in activities at the school and in their community.

    Requirements:
This select group of students have completed Comprehensive Art I (or equivalent art course) and have maintained an A average in the class and an overall B average in their other academic course work.

If you are interested in becoming a member and meet the requirements, see Mrs. Brown in room 1001 (Art Room).
