Dear Parents and Students,

Hello and welcome to our band page!  The ELHS band is proud to have three levels of band classes to offer ELHS students. 

The highest level of musicianship and involvement is the Symphonic Winds.  This class meets during 3rd block of the school day and is the "elite" group.  These students are expected to participate in marching band.

The second highest level of musicianship and involvement is the Concert Winds.  This class meets during 4th block of the school day and is expected to perform music that is slightly easier, but to a very high standard.  These students are allowed to participate in marching band if they choose.

The third highest level of musicianship and involvement is the General Band.  This class meets during 1st block of the school day and does not perform as a group.  The focus of this class is developmental rather than performance.  The aim is to prepare each student of a more advanced level of participation.

In recent years, the ELHS Symphonic Winds has performed at national level music competitions throughout the southeast. The bands of Eagle's Landing consistently receive "Superior" ratings while performing with great musical integrity.  The music program includes Symphonic Winds, Concert Winds, Marching Band, Woodwind Quintet, Brass Quintet, Saxophone Quintet, Clarinet Choir, Brass Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble, Flute Choir and other fine performing groups. We are proud to be considered ''The Pride of Eagle's Landing"!
