2021-2022

I am excited to welcome everyone to the 2021-2022 wrestling season!  Please click on the links and pages provided to learn more about the ELHS Golden Eagle Wrestling Team, both past and present.  We have a proud history, going back to the year the school opened in 1990, and I should know, since I was one of the founding team members.  I also helped coach the team from 2000-2003, before moving overseas to work in international schools around the world. 

Coach Love (class of 03), Coach McDaniel (class of 02) , and I (Chris Allen, class of 96) returned during the 2019-2020 season to help bring the team back to its former glory. You can see ELHS Wrestling Team connections across the state of Georgia, with many former coaches and wrestlers leading programs throughout the state (including Locust Grove, Ola, Woodward Academy, East Coweta, North Atlanta, Langston Hughes, Meadowcreek, and more!).
