My name is Coach Roy McLaughlin "Coach Mac".  I am the Athletic Director for Eagles Landing High School.  I have taught for Henry County Schools for 10 yrs and I have been a coach of various sports for 20+ years.  I received my undergraduate degree at Georgia Southern University. I did my graduate studies at the University of Phoenix.  I am excited to take on the role of Director of Athletics because this gives me an opportunity to make my mark in this already rich history at Eagle's Landing High School.  Our athletic department embodies our mission statement as well as our R.A.C.E  to excellence.  At Eagle's Landing, we have an EAGLE approach to success.  "Elevate Athletes to Grow to Love Excellence."
