National History DayatEagle's Landing High SchoolNational History Day is a research program that students can participate in every year. Last year, over 600,000 students participated in competition nation wide. As part of the program students complete primary source research about a topic based on a yearly theme. Students use their research to produce an artifact that explores their topic through the lens of the theme. Students have the choice of working as individuals or as part of a group. They may choose to produce a performance, exhibit, documentary, website or a paper. They present their work to judges at the competition and are interviewed about their work.
