In order to become a member of the National Spanish Honor Society, the student must meet the following requirements:

• be enrolled in Honors Spanish III or above
• be of honorable character
• be nominated by a Spanish teacher
• have a cumulative average of 90% in all semesters of Spanish

Once the student is a member, the student must:

• participate in all community service projects and fundraisers that are organized by the society
• be an active participant in the Induction Ceremony (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• speak only in Spanish at all monthly meetings
