Welcome,

I am excited about this school year! To begin with, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I have worked in education for approximately 27+ years as a Speech Language Pathologist and Assitant Principal at the elementary and secondary levels.  My degrees are in English Literature, Speech Pathology and Supervisory and Administration. It has been a pleasure to serve the students of ELHS as an English Language Arts teacher for the last two years. My husband and I live in McDonough and we have two daughters, an amazing grandson and a new grandbaby on the way. I enjoy traveling experiencing new cultures and viewing different aspects of the world. 

As we move to a remote learning style for this school year, I wanted to reach out to parents to let you know that I will be assigning work for your child through my Google Classroom for the entirety of the remote learning process.

There will be assignments uploaded daily as if the students are in class.  I will be available through email during normal school hours for the students and parents during my office hours. For regular operation, we are still going to be putting grades in the gradebook weekly. Therefore, it is imperative for your child to log onto Google Classroom and complete assignments every day.
