Welcome to my class page. I am excited about the 2018-2019 school year. This will be my fourth year at Austin Road Middle and I am looking forward to great things. I am a native of Jacksonville, FL. This will be my 18th year in the field of education. As an educator I believe that all children are unique individuals who need a caring, safe, and stimulating environment in which they are able to grow emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. It is my goal to continue to provide an environment that is conducive to learning that varies not only in abilities but also learning in styles. To accomplish this goal I will teach to each child’s individual needs to ensure that they feel capable and successful. I want all children to reach their highest potential thus becoming healthy and productive citizens within the community.
