Welcome to Ms. Miles' Family and Consumer Sciences Class.  I am very excited to have you in my class! I hold a B.F.A in Fashion Marketing, a M.F.A in Fashion Design and Merchandising from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, California, and a certificate in Child Nutrition and Cooking.  I am certified to teach Family and Consumer Sciences.  The goal of Family and Consumer Sciences is to provide all students with an introduction to Family and Consumer Sciences career clusters.  These career clusters are Nutrition and Food Sciences, Culinary Arts,  Interior/ Fashion/ Textiles, Family, Early Childhood Education, and Housing and Community Management. Family and Consumer Sciences offer life skills needed for scholars to lead a productive life.
