The National Honor Society (NHS) is the nation's premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students. More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Character. Students qualify to apply for membership by maintaining a 3.8 GPA. Qualifying students are sent an invitation to apply for membership by receiving and completing a Candidate Form after the Fall Semester.
NHS meets monthly. Members must complete individual service activities as well as participate in school and community service projects.
