All documents/excuses pertaining to a student's absence(s) should be sent to our OMS Attendance Secretary, Mrs. Crystal Mings, in the Main Office.

You may also email official documentation as an attachment to Mrs. Mings at the following email address: crystal.mings@henry.k12.ga.us 

If your student will be absent from school:

1. Please inform your student’s Teachers via email that your student was absent (or will need to be absent if you know in advance).

2. Please provide a written and signed note or excuse to the Main Office indicating the date(s) your student was absent and the reason for the absence(s).
