Mrs. Brittany Murphy

Welcome to my 8th grade physical science class! I am so excited about being at Locust Grove Middle School this year. I graduated from the University of Georgia in 2007 and started my teaching career in Gwinnett County, teaching 6th grade science and social studies. After six years, I moved to Morgan County where I stayed for nine years, teaching 6-8th grade gifted science, 8th grade physical science, and the high school physical science course. I am married and have 3 beautiful children. In the summers, my family and I love to travel and spend time on the lake. I am passionate about teaching and science and I hope to spread that passion to my students this year.
