Greeting RACERS family! I am Ms. Joy Randall.  I am the IRR Teacher (Resource Math 5th Grade) and ESE Case Manager (5th Grade Students) at Rocky Creek Elementary School.  I am looking forward to a bright and enriched new school year full of active learning.  The goal is to educate supportive learning which produces proactive learning with interventions that motivate engagement and a healthy learning environment. It is important for me to begin with a respectful learning environment that produces a learning foundation that enhances my students' cognitive thinking.  I am a BIG advocate for my students' development and I plan to support and encourage them to develop their academic and social skills.  Therefore, I want to be my parents' point of contact and make sure to communicate all the information needed to keep all parents abreast and informed about their student's progress.
