Welcome to Ms. Boothe's Class

HI Parents. I hope you have had a wonderful summer and are enthusiastic about the upcoming school year, 2024-2025. My name is Cameisha Boothe. I will be your child's Second-grade teacher. This year will be a year that is filled with rigor, laughter, and lots of learning. I am excited about beginning this school year and anticipate watching your child grow holistically. I am originally from the beautiful island of Jamaica. I have been teaching since 2004. I have taught Pre-Kindergarden through 6th grade during my 20 years in education. I have taught in Jamaica and Florida and currently Georgia.

Apart from teaching, I enjoy spending every moment with my family. I have been married to Rayon Smith for 14 years, and we have two beautiful daughters, Danielle and Jordyn. I have two nephews and two nieces. My favorite color is purple. I love almond joy. My favorite restaurants are Olive Gardens, Applebees and Chick Fila. I enjoy reading, listening to music, and traveling.
