• Hello! My name is Ms. Joy Randall. I am from St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands.  I attended Creekside High School in Fairburn, Georgia. I hold a master’s degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University and a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies with concentrations in Early Childhood Education and Social Studies from Mercer University.   I have over 15 years of experience in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. Currently, I am pursuing my ED.s in Leadership at Arkansas State University.

Let me tell you a little bit about myself. My family is very important to me. I am the middle child of my parents. I am a proud mother of three children; Christopher, Rovon (adopted), and Chanel. My oldest has Autism, and he is a U.S. postman. My middle child is a mechanical engineer, and my youngest child has finished her Associate’s in Business Management and is pursuing a Bachelor’s in Accounting. I have a Maltese (Spicy), an Alaskan Huskey (WiFi), and a Pitbull (Draco). I love sports. I am a huge Green Bay Packer fan. I am a former college basketball player. I am an AKA sorority member, and an event Chef.

I enjoy working with children, and it gives me great pleasure to see their growth and development while in the care of nurturing individuals who have their students’ best interest at heart.  My teaching philosophy is that children need social, physical, and mental development that begins with an excellent learning and nurturing foundation. My motto is "The secret to getting ahead is getting started"!
