• Welcome to the 2023-2024 School Year!

I am your child’s English Language Arts (ELA) and Social Studies teacher, Diane Frazier, and I’m so excited to work with your child and you. Henry County Schools’ mission is to, “empower all students with exceptional opportunities and access that lead to success in a global society”. To ensure students are being set up for success, our class will navigate through the ELA and Social Studies curriculum which involves productive challenges, inquiry, creativity, and enjoyment.

While this is my first year at Rocky Creek, it is my eighth year as a Henry County teacher. I love being both a teacher and a learner! Not only have I obtained my Georgia Teaching Certification, but I have degrees in biblical studies and human relations from Point University. As a hobby, I regularly research and explore other academic disciplines. One of my important core values entails cultivating students into life-long learners.

Understanding that by 4th and 5th grade subjects become more complex, students’ level of responsibility and critical thinking is expected to match or exceed the increased complexity. I am fully confident that with a strong alliance between school and home, every one of our students will meet or exceed expectations. As long as we are committed to C.L.I.M.B., we will cross the finish line to excellence!

So, again, welcome to the new school year! I look forward to us creating great memories and achieving much success together.
