    Education Department Goals

Career, Technical and AgriScience Education (CTAE) Department has introduced several new course offerings this year. Rigor has increased in all courses offered making material more relevant to today’s workforce. Our goal continues to support students with their future goals, including career and post secondary options by using career pathways. CTAE teachers will continue to strive to engage students in career and educational pathways that will prepare students for further study and a good job. In order to accomplish this, every student should take at least three courses in once career pathway. Students enrolled in a CTAE course will participate in the annual job interview fair and we will increase the percentage of students working in a field related to their career objective and to decrease the number of students who change jobs during the school year.
