Greetings Mustang Family,

It is with great pleasure and excitement that I write this letter of introduction to you as your new assistant principal. My educational experiences for the last 21 years have afforded me an opportunity to serve students as an elementary teacher and Instructional Lead Teacher. As an educational leader, I am thrilled to continue utilizing my skills here at Mt. Carmel Elementary School. 

I am passionate about ensuring that we are strengthening our core business of student learning in a high-performing learning environment for all students and look forward to continuing the great work that is already in progress at MCE. I will work to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

I believe in open communication, teamwork, and the importance of building strong relationships within the school community. As we embark on this academic journey together, I look forward to working as a TEAM to enhance the overall educational experience for our students. I am confident that, together, we can create an enriching and supportive environment for both students and staff.

My door is always open, and I encourage you to reach out to me with any questions, concerns, or ideas you may have. I am committed to working collaboratively with each of you to ensure we are Winning for Kids: Every Mustang, Every Minute, Every Day!

Again, I am honored and humbled to serve as your assistant principal for Mt. Carmel Elementary School. I look forward to immersing myself completely in our school and our community and celebrating our collective success this school year!
