          I would like to introduce myself. I am Mrs. Latrinda Johnson. I am originally from Mississippi, where I taught for five years. My family and I relocated to Georgia in 2002. My husband and I have two boys. They are both graduates of Ola High School.

        I taught for 13 years at Anderson Elementary in Clayton County. I taught second, third, and fourth grades. In 2007, I was voted Anderson Elementary Teacher of the Year. As far as my credentials, I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Instructional Education.  I am currently entering my tenth year at Mt. Carmel. I was voted Mt. Carmel Elementary Teacher of the Year for 2023-2024.

        I am very excited about getting to know you and your child for the 2024-2025 school year.
