I was blessed to be here at the opening of Rocky Creek back in 2009, and I love it here! I was at Hickory Flat Elementary in McDonough before coming to RCE. I grew up in McDonough and am a product of the Henry County School System. I graduated from Henry County High School. I did my undergraduate work at Georgia Southern University and am a HUGE football fan. Go Eagles! I received my M.Ed. and Ed.S. from Mercer University. I am a certified reading specialist and hold ESOL and Gifted endorsements.
One of my favorite places is Disney World! My favorite princesses are Belle and Ariel, and my favorite rides are Cosmic Rewind, Rock 'n Roller Coaster, and the Tower of Terror. I collect Disney pins and ornaments. I am a big Target shopper, and I run on Starbucks Frappuccinos.
I live in Hampton with my two children. My daughter is a Manager at Great American Cookies & Marble Slab, and my son is a Lead Tech at a car dealership. We have a miniature Dachshund named Indy, a mini Schnaussie named Melly, and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Murphy.
