About Me

This is my 13th year in education and my 1st year here, at Union Grove High School. I served as the MID teacher at Union Grove Middle School, for 10 years. While there, I was named the 2018-19 Teacher of the Year and a District semi-finalist.

I graduated from Providence College, in Providence Rhode Island, with a B.S. in Finance and received an MBA in 2001. I am certified to teach all core content for SPED General and Adapted Curriculum (English Language Arts, Reading, Math, Social Studies, and Science) and I am certified to teach Business Education (6-12).

I am pleased to be assisted by Ms. Priscilla Ammons. She has many years of teaching experience as an IEP Teacher, Reading Specialist, and paraprofessional.
