Biography
I am honored to serve the stakeholders of the McDonough High community and provide ongoing support for the students, faculty, and staff. I began my educational journey in DeKalb County, Georgia in 2007. During this time, I had the opportunity to teach every level of mathematics curriculum from 8th -12th grade, which included Advanced Placement (AP) courses. I served as a Teacher Leader, Mathematics Department Chair, Instructional Support Specialist, Math Intervention Specialist in Atlanta, and most recently as an Assistant Principal in Clayton County. I am a native of Brooklyn, New York. It has been a pleasure raising two children: a son Kyle, and a God-daughter Imani. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling, and reading.
