My name is Ms. Copeland and I am a new teacher here at MHS!!! I gained my Associates Degree in the same year that I graduated from High School, and I graduated at 21 at Gordon State College with a double Major in History and Secondary Education. I currently teach English and Social Studies. I have a huge passion for History and love meeting students that do as well! I am also the new Assistant Volleyball Coach. I joined the ESE department here so that I can make the biggest impact in aiding my students in reaching their goals for the present and the future. 

I am obsessed with my puppy, Gizmo who takes up a lot of my time. He is a rescue who rescued me and loves to play and meet new people!!! I am relatively new to Henry County, and have enjoyed working at MHS so far!!!

I played varsity volleyball all through high school and was captain 2 of those years, and contemplated playing in college before I had two knee surgeries!!!!
