Ms. Melton

My name is Ms. Alexis Melton and I will be your child's 5th grade ELA and Social Studies teacher for the 2020-2021 school year. I can't wait to meet you face-to-face soon, but until then I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. To start, I am a native of Decatur, Georgia and I relocated to Savannah, Georgia for 4 years while recieving my Bachelor's degree. While matriculating through my undergraduate career I became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., which is why my favorite color is pink. Outside of teaching my hobbies are shopping, trying new resturants, getting my hair and nails done. A few of my favorite resturants are Chick-fil-a, Olive Garden, and Ruth Chris Steakhouse.
