• I am a 3rd generation teacher who graduated from Florida A&M University with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism in 1990. I began teaching Social Studies in my home town of Panama City Beach Florida. I then moved to Atlanta where I taught Geography, Political Science and United States History at Tri-Cities High School in College Park Georgia. At Henry County High School I taught Geopgraphy, American Government, Economics, U.S. Hisotry. Now that we Are THE McDonough High School, I teach Ethnic Studies and World History.

I am looking forward to this Brave New World of Remote Learning. While I'm sure we will all learn many new things, I hope that you will teach me as I will teach you; one challenge and at time. It may be scary but it will certainly not be boring. Welcome to the 2020-2021 Warwhawk school year.
