Certificate of School Enrollment

Wildcats, are you looking to get a Learner's Permit or Driver's License?  The Certificate of Enrollment and replacement ADAP Certificate can be obtained in the following ways:

Certificate of School Enrollment

There is a $3.00 fee for the Certificate of Enrollment needed by the Department of Driver Services. 

1.  Visit www.myschoolbucks.com
2. Be sure you are added to your or your parents' My School Bucks Account
3. Select School Store and Browse All Items
4. Click on next until you reach the page displaying the Certificate of Enrollment Icon

Once you have made the purchase, an email will be sent to the attendance clerk.  You will get an email in regard to picking up the completed notarized form.

ADAP Certificate

Students typically receive an ADAP Certificate upon completion of the Alcohol and Drug Awareness Program in Health class.  If a second copy is needed, it can be requested when completing the request for the COE.  Be sure to indicate if you are getting a driver's license and the attendance clerk will search for an ADAP.
