With all the concerns with Covid-19, we have taken a new approach toward the paperwork your student athlete is required to fill out in order to parcticipate. This year we are using the electronic platform Dragonfly to create a profile of your athletes paperwork and reducing the amount of paper we are all required to handle.

Set-up your account with DragonFly and follow the steps to complete the necessary paperwork. When completing paperwork, please download the MEDICAL CLEARANCE FORM STATING YOUR CHILD IS CLEAR TO PARTICIPATE. You student athlete will not be allowed to participate without this clearance.
