 WELCOME MESSAGE

 I would like to welcome you to the 2021-2022 school year and to my school website page. I am fired up about the opportunity to teach and break through to young minds through the teaching of Health and Physical Education. As a former professional basketball player and participating in the Health and PE field my entire life, I am excited to start this journey of spreading knowledge that was useful for my success and journey so far. I feel blessed to be in the position to teach the subject that I feel is most important to me. I take these subjects seriously, so my passion for teaching and for breaking through is tremendously high! I own a SPORT performance and Personal Training business called PHAT Hoops and Fitness, LLC. It has been active for about 4 years while I transitioned from playing over 10 years professionally to coaching at THE MCDONOUGH HIGH SCHOOL! LET'S GO LADY WARHAWKS!!! I am currently the Head Women's Basketball Coach and I look forward to working alongside you all! Words that I live by are TRUST THE PROCESS! As parents, students, and teachers, we must understand that working together will help us all  BE DYNAMIC THIS YEAR! Look forward to meeting you!!!
