• Welcome to Ola Middle School!

    Anderson

My name is Christine Anderson and I feel very honored to be the Principal at Ola Middle School. The 2018-19 school year will be my fourteenth year as a school principal and eighteenth year as a school administrator. I am originally from South Carolina until relocating to Georgia and Henry County in 2005.

My belief is that children can become lifelong learners and that, as educators, it is our job to not only ensure that our students learn but to motivate and inspire them to love learning. We should be the models for such inspiration. I currently hold not only a B.A. undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina in Education I also hold three additional M.Ed. degrees and an Ed.S. degree ranging from Educational Leadership to School Counseling to Reading and Literacy.

Ola has a history of excellence and high expectation for student learning. I look forward to working collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure that our students are meeting the high expectations that we set for them. I believe that OMS is the best middle school there is therefore, every decision made will be focused on what is best for our children. I hope that you will support and partner with us to ensure that OMS students can be all that they can be.

    Sincerely,

    Christine C. Anderson
