You may ask yourself, what is Girls with P.E.A.R.L.S. (GWP) all about?

Girls with P.E.A.R.L.S. (GWP) is a leadership and mentoring program that focuses on Elevating, Enhancing, & Educating our young ladies to achieve a higher level of success academically, socially, & emotionally by building positive peer relationships, cultivating positive self-value, and & developing a strong sense of community. 

What does P.E.A.R.L.S. stand for: 

Perseverance, Excellence, Accountability, Responsibility, Leadership, & Scholarship

You can look forward to some exciting activities and team bonding experiences.

    Some Include:

• Reading Buddies (with Flippen Elementary School)
• Volunteer Work throughout the School and Community
• Working Out/Exercise Days
• Team Bonding & Mentor/Mentee Bonding
• Goal Setting and Bi-Weekly Grade Check-In                   
• Amazing Trips
• 1 to 2 Meetings a Month
• Fun Competitions & Much More
