The purpose of M.O.D. is to assist young men in achieving a level of self-respect and self-love that will ultimately develop the entire person into a young man of high esteem. Our focus will be on the well-being of young men, by creating positive interaction, implementing the discipline needed for the challenges of the young male adult world and rewarding positive behavior and achievements. Our goal is that this result in the dismantling of the walls of isolation while creating strong bonds and lifelong friendships and pride.

2017-18 was our first year and we had over 70 members! In the 2018-19 school year, we were blessed with over 90 members! We have been able to participate in various community service events such as volunteering at the local food pantry and collecting donations for local non-profit organizations. Our young men participate in "Dress for Success" twice a month and worked on developing themselves as young men of distinction. The young men also have opportunities to develop their own leadership skills by greeting visitors at school athletic events and special occasions  and developing their public speaking skills. We also have great times of fellowship with each other with various activities such as guest speakers, "open gym," and of course food! We plan to develop the program even further this year and beyond and are excited for our new members as well as those returning!
