Greetings!  My name is Dr. Nikki Coley, and I am your Mental Health and Wellness Facilitator (MHWF) at Union Grove Middle School.   I have 20+ years of experience in education. I am a proud military wife. Also, I am a mother of two beautiful young ladies.  I am here to:

• Focus on the Mental Wellness and Social-Emotional wellbeing of the school community (students, parents, staff)
• Support Academic Success through Social Emotional Learning/Second Step
• Support Student Success through the CARE Team
• Support the Culture & Climate of Union Grove Middle School
• Provide PBIS (Positive Behavior & Intervention Supports) strategies to staff and students
• Provide Staff Wellness and Self-Care
• Provide Resilience Strategies to Educators
• Provide HCS EdThrive Strategies to novice teachers
• Provide SHBP assistance to faculty & staff
