Ms. Lois Reed

Hello!  My name is Lois Reed and I am currently the Personalized Learning Lead here at the amazing OMS.  This is my 20th year teaching and my 13th year at OMS.  This is my first year out of the classroom, and I am really excited about helping implement Personalized Learning strategies into the classrooms at OMS. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Fort Valley State University in 1998, my Master of Arts degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Argosy University in 2006, and my Educational Specialist degree in Educational Administration and Leadership from Lincoln Memorial University in 2008.  

Outside of education, I love spending time with my three children, Aubrey, Brittany (and her husband Larry), and Brian.  We enjoy going on family vacations, playing board games and cards, and going to the movies.  We also all enjoy hanging out with our cute dogs, Dougie and Lilo. 

I am really looking forward to this year and working with all of you.
