First impressions are lasting impressions.  Each time you answer the telephone, the caller is receiving an impression of you.  When you become of age for employment, each time you answer the telephone for your company, the caller is receiving an impression of your company.  It is your job to sell your image.  It is your job to sell the image of your place of employment when you become of working age.  If you answer in a professional manner, that image is portrayed.  If you answer unprofessionally a much different image comes across and people will remember that!

Without trust it is impossible to sustain any relationship.  Relationships stand or fall on the basis of inner truthfulness.  People measure a person’s truthfulness or honesty, on the basis of what we say!
