My philosophy for education is that all children can learn.  I entered the education profession because of my love for children and knowledge. As a teacher, it is my goal to continuously strive for personal excellence inside and outside of the classroom and to encourage my students to do the same.  It is my lifelong goal to ensure that "no child is left behind". As a practitioner, my job is to transform the lives of everyone that I encounter.

I believe that an inviting atmosphere, in addition to a common purpose, are the foundations for success in the classroom.  I will ensure these things by maintaining a positive working relationship between the administration, parents, and students. Also, as an educator, I will promote discovery, learning and critical thinking.  My focus is to not only facilitate higher education, but also promote and encourage high self- esteem.  I believe that a positive outlook is necessary for success. With the implementation of these ideals, I know that I will be successful in fostering young minds, and fulfilling my goals and philosophy for education.

I am excited about the possibilities this school year holds!  I am looking forward to getting to know your child and watching them learn and grow!
