Welcome!
My name is Anay Barajas. I have two children, Sophie and Aaron, who are twins. I have a Master's Degree in Reading Education. I have been a teacher for 15 years. I taught for ten years in Douglas County, and this is my fifth year here at DES. I am very excited about being one of the ESE teachers this year. I have taught 4th, 5th, and ESOL in all of my years as a teacher. I want to build relationships with students and parents to make sure that I am meeting the needs of all my students and be in constant communication with parents about their child's progress. I am looking forward to an EXCELLENT year ahead!
