Welcome back to another amazing school year 2024-2025!  My name is Mrs. Latonia "Tonya" Taylor and I am a speech-language pathologist (SLP) for Henry County Schools. I have been an SLP about 25 years with experience with preschool, elementary, middle, and high school students. My educational background includes graduating from Valdosta State University in (1994 & 2000).  In addition, I received my Educational Specialist degree from Piedmont College (2013).

On a personal level, I have been married to my husband, Marcus, for about 24 years. With our union, we have three children (ages 22, 18, and 10).  Two of our children graduated from Henry County Schools -Locust Grove High School (2021 & 2024) and are currently in college. 

It has indeed been my pleasure working with this special group of students. My passion is children and helping them to be successful communicators in all settings.  Thanks again for allowing me to work with your child and have an amazing year.
