Ms. Heard

Hello!

My name is Kenzie Heard. I grew up in both North Carolina and Georgia. I am so excited to be teaching Art at Bethlehem Elementary School again this year! 

I received my Bachelor of Education and my Bachelor of Fine Arts from Western Carolina University. I also have an Advanced Certificate in Irish Studies from Ulster University, from a study abroad semester.

 In my spare time I love to travel (anywhere), paint, play board and video games, go hiking or read a good book.

Fun Fact #1: I have been to 10 different Countries.

Fun Fact #2: I have 2 brothers, one 2 years older than me, and the other 13 years younger than me.

Pets: I have two cats named Eclipse and Shadow

Favorite restaurant: Chick-fil-a and Chipotle 

Favorite Store: Hobby Lobby

Favorite Drink: Coffee and Sweetn(or unsweet) Tea

Favorite Sports team: Not a big sports fan but always support my school WCU 

Favorite Snacks: Salt and Vinegar chips

Favorite Candy: Twix or mini m&ms

Favorite Children’s Book: Big Harry Potter Fan and also Oh the Places You’ll Go by Dr. Seuss
