Mrs. Michelle Pildner

Coach Pildner is a teacher at Unity Grove Elementary.  She has taught 3rd grade for the past 21 years and is currently an EIP teacher.  She teaches 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade Math and Reading.  She has coached for 34 years (beginning in 1990).  This is her ieleventh year at Locust Grove.  Growing up, Coach Pildner cheered for the Riverdale Blackhawks, played softball, basketball, and took gymnastics.  Her first year in college, she was a cheerleader for the Clayton State Lakers.  

 

Coach Pildner began her coaching career in Riverdale for the Blackhawks.  She coached at the Locust Grove Recreation Department for 6 years.  Other titles she has held are Henry County Athletic Directors nominee, Female Coach of the Year for Henry County, Coach of the Year for GA Youth, Assistant Cheer Director, Head Coach for JV and Varsity LGHS Wildcats Football/Competition, Head Coach for JV and Varsity Basketball Cheer, JV/Varsity Gymnastics coach, GCCA Region Representative for cheerleading, and Cheer Director for the LG Recreation Department.

 

She is married to a wonderful man, Billy.  Together they have two beautiful daughters, Bethany and Meagan.  She is looking forward to the opportunity to share her knowledge and enthusiasm with the gymnastics team.  She is excited to continue growing the program and to have another successful season!
