PLANETHS Physical Platform

LGHS will offer sports and band physicals on May 2nd @ 3:30 p.m in the gym. Ventura Medical Group a proud sponsor of Locust Grove football will be contributing their time and the cost will be only $20. The physical is good for the entire 2018/19 school year.    Please have your students/athletes print the form and have it filled out with the basic information already completed.
