Welcome to Locust Grove High School
Hello! My name is Deb Sechrist.
This will be my 12th year teaching at LGHS.
I am looking forward to meeting each of you and know
that we will have a great year!!
This will be the year for
YOU
to have an exciting and successful year!!!
I will use Google Classroom and Google Meet for Remote Learning.
You should check your class every day and on weekends.
Even if you are absent, for any reason...
You are still RESPONSIBILE for your work!!!
Attendance will be taken DAILY.
Lessons and assignments will be on google classroom with
DUE DATES and links to other resources as you need them.
On a personal note...I have four children all grown.
I also am blessed to have 7 grandchildren!
Everyone lives in a different state, though,
so I am always looking for excuses to go visit.
It's true what they say...
Being a Grandma is the best thing in the World !!
I hope you are prepared to work hard
and have some FUN! Use your time wisely in class
and you will not be overburdened at home.

before and after school by appointment.
Just let me know ahead of time with exactly
what help you need so I can be prepared.
My office hours are:
M-Th 8:00am -9:30am & 3:30-4pm.
Tutoring will also be available during the school day in
Advisory.
If you need help, ask for it!
